The Anti-Theft feature works in conjunction with an optional Cummins RoadRelay to secure the engine in the idling or shut down state. Initially enabled by means of the Cummins INSITE service tool, the Anti-Theft feature requires that, when activated, a pre-programmed pass-code be entered using the RoadRelay keyboard before the engine can be started. If activated when at idle, the Anti-Theft feature will lock the throttle and only allow normal throttle operation once a valid pass-code has been entered. If an unauthorized attempt is made to start the engine with the Anti-Theft feature active, a fault will be logged and a red dash lamp will flash. PowerSpec currently doesn't support this feature.
